The Lateral Energy and Environmental Performance Management system allows us to guarantee the performance of the building from the planning stage to its operation, through the integration of the entire chain of actors from the design stage. This system, combined with the unique integration of the project management and the project management in a single group, guarantees quality, deadlines and controlled costs throughout the project.
Elithis Immobilier was born in 2020 with the ambition of proposing an innovative housing offer, freeing users from fossil fuels and energy bills while improving the comfort and quality of life of the inhabitants

We design and build positive energy real estate projects, where the production of renewable energy is greater than the consumption of all uses, and in which the energy bill is erased for users. The building produces natural energy that its users can hope to sell or consume, thus reducing their carbon footprint and increasing their purchasing power.
