Job description
In the context of a replacement, we are looking for a permanent contract for an Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Heating, Smoke Control and Plumbing Project Manager (F/H).
As a true expert of the HVAC & PB lots, he/she analyzes the consultation files and proposes the technical optimizations allowing to guarantee the co-opted budget without altering the energy and performance performances of the operation.
He (She) intervenes on ambitious and varied projects in private and public markets throughout the country. He (She) realizes the costing, realizes or makes realize the measurements and consults the suppliers.
He (She) carries out his (her) mission in total autonomy or with the help of quantity surveyors that he (she) can manage and under the direct responsibility of the person in charge of the trade expertise. Elithis Solutions is recognized by its customers for the quality of its advices which allow to secure the offer but also to bring the differentiating elements which will make the operation successful. This position is based in Dijon or DARDILLY (Lyon North). This position is mostly sedentary with some occasional travel.
Profile required
Technician in the field of technical fluids of the building (CVCD & PB) having ideally a first experience of costing in a research department or in companies (specialized or general).
Curious and passionate nature; as an expert it is essential to keep up to date with the evolution of product solutions.
