Elithis strengthens its management team

To support its strong growth, Elithis strengthens its management team with the arrival of Anne-Cécile Colin as General Manager of “Elithis Solutions” and Claire Cauchetier as Brand and Group Development Manager.

Anne-Cécile Colin is appointed General Manager of Elithis Solutions. This 46 years old engineer has to accompany the mutation of Elithis by bringing operational industrialization methods and to structure the pan-European – international positioning of Elithis Solutions.

Claire Cauchetier has been appointed Group Brand and Development Director. She will define the brand strategy and its implementation within the group. The Brand Department will bring together the Communications Department, Corporate Social Responsibility and Institutional Relations. She will also be in charge of the development of the group.

Aged 48, Anne-Cecile Colin has acquired a real expertise in management and organization. She made her career in the industry within international groups. In 2006, she took over the “Health, Quality, Environment and Safety” management of the German family-owned group BERICAP, one of the world leaders in the design and production of plastic closures for the food industry. The permanent process of improvement and the search for “zero defects” led her to take over the direction of the group’s R&D. Anne-Cecile is a trained engineer who masters technical and complex subjects, allowing her to optimize and process for the benefit of the organization’s efficiency. Anne-Cecile likes to manage and pass on, which is why she is involved in the association of young entrepreneurs “les entrep'” where, as an administrator, she coaches young passionate entrepreneurs.

 

 

 

Claire Cauchetier is 41 years old and a lawyer by training. She has worked alongside business leaders and politicians as an advisor or Cabinet Director. His experience in communication and his work on image have enabled him to take up many challenges such as the recovery of a forgotten gastronomic restaurant, the construction of the image of political personalities or of a territory such as Paris-Saclay. Dynamic and entrepreneurial, she developed in 2013 an innovative “bartering” solution, which she sold a few years later. She has been involved in associations for more than 10 years, first as vice-president and then as the person in charge of partnerships for the “Dextera” association of law firm employees. The last two years spent at Novaxia as Director of Communications and Institutional Relations have allowed her to sharpen her ability to propel a brand, to find innovative topics, to give the expected visibility to its investors and elected officials.
