Job description
As a design manager, you will be in charge of carrying out electrical engineering studies for construction and renovation projects in all types of building sectors, either completely independently or with the help of quantity surveyors whom you will be able to manage.
These studies are carried out in functional relation with department heads, production managers according to the directives, dates and co-opted deadlines.
In your daily work, you identify issues, errors, ambiguities, inaccuracies, omissions, contradictions and discrepancies in the file.
You carry out the notes of calculations CFO / CFA, detailed measurements as well as the dimensioning of the networks CFO / CFA.
You will also carry out research into information relating to projects (regulatory, documentary, etc. ….).
You estimate the quantified frames of the D.Q.E. of the lots, as well as the price estimates, the detailed price studies.
You are also the contact person for suppliers and consult with companies by conducting bid analyses.
You have an important interaction with the client, to guide him, to advise him, to ask the necessary questions to formalize as much as possible the choices made during the quotation.
Profile required
You have a BTS (French technical diploma) in Fluid Energy and Environment with an option in Climatic Engineering, and you have a strong experience in building studies.
Field experiences are interesting to identify the missions of the position.
Knowing how to make principle and execution plans in Autocad for CFO / CFA networks would be a plus.
