Job description

Elithis Immobilier was created to transform our grey matter and our R&D dedicated to the sustainable and responsible building into projects with outstanding performances and without intermediaries.

  1. Mission:

Under the responsibility of the Program Directors, you are in charge of managing all administrative aspects related to a real estate operation (legal, technical, customer and third party relations, and financial).

2. Duties:

In this position, while following and respecting the procedures and rules in force in the company and in the sector, you ensure, with the program managers, the proper management of the real estate operations for which you are responsible, from the APS to the end of the after-sales service.

– You will carry out the following activities, in accordance with the processes and procedures specific to ELITHIS:

  • Administrative and financial management of operations, from the design phase to the implementation phase,
  • Tracking and filing of information related to the design and implementation of programs
  • Follow-up of the deposits and requests for administrative authorizations, their obtaining, their posting and the bailiffs’ reports.
  • Classic assistant missions for the program managers

– In regular contact with the project managers, all the contracting companies, the various parties involved in the realization of the works, you ensure the following activities

  • Establishment of the elements of assembly and contracts as well as the orders placed in the design phase in the computer tool
  • Establishment and follow-up of building permit files
  • Preparation of tender documents and consultations with companies:
    Verification of the composition of contract files, insurance and qualifications requested, subcontractor approval requests…
  • Management of damage to works and financial guarantee of completion files for operations in launch
  • Management of the accounting of the building sites
  • taking into account of the files of modifying work purchasers and the estimates of additional work
  • Reserve Lifting Information.
  • Follow-up of due diligence in the context of sales in future state of completion

Profile required

You are familiar with the real estate sector and have a strong interest in the field of construction, the technical vocabulary of the building industry and legal issues (contracts, responsibilities of builders).
You also have a good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, Salvia or equivalent).
You have the ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
You are synthetic and rigorous, meticulous in the follow-up of your files and know how to circulate information between internal services and external contacts.
You are autonomous and know how to take initiatives.
