11 April 2017 – Inauguration of the VIVACITY Office building

The historic former headquarters of Kodak, on Rue de Bercy in Paris, were recently given a makeover. Elithis and its teams, who worked tirelessly on this extensive renovation project for more than 5 years, are now basking in its success. All the project’s energy and environmental targets were met.

This eco-friendly building offers its occupants “high-end” facilities that also cater for today’s environmental concerns.

The building’s comfort control system is customised and accessible via smartphones. Occupants can control their environment with modern and intuitive interfaces. Access control works on the same principle. A shared WIFI network covering all office areas allows access to the building’s various services (fitness center, shared company cafeteria, concierge service, beauty treatments)”.
